stay away from trees and lochs........ but they will avoid smoke - look for a
BBQ party, or someone smoking a big cigar and stand in the smoke <g>

Not forgetting that they love fair skin - though they will eat anything
on offer.

This is why thay have banned smoking in pubs if everyone stands outside
and smokes it will keep the midges down....brilliant. ;-/
I once had a work mate who went on the forest stages of the Scottish
rally, got eaten alive....bad enough but he went back the following
year...now I'm car daft but even I won't do that.
