      Did Duncan have a middle name?  Duncan ______MacLeod. If so, when/where
      did we learn of it?

      It's mentioned in every episode! His middle name is "MacLeod of the Clan".
      I know it's a mouthful, but when you pair it with his first and last names
      it DOES roll tripplingly (sp?) off the tongue!
