How about having Connor kill one of Duncan's friends

      > after hos former teacher and kinsmen.

      great fanfic would that be!

Here's a great poll. Where do most of the people on this list fall in the

      Methos fan.

And it isn't as if he hasn't been warned. I did so the other day, when he
asked about list rules (& went way over the limit).

Lance, it's 1-2-3-4-5-STOP & go post someplace else until the big orange
ball peeks over the horizon again.

Why do you hate Connor so? If not for him, there wouldn't be a Highlander.

Yebbit, he had to get help from a girl to do it. Remember? When
Brenda whacked Kurgan on the head and distracted him long enough
for Connor to get his sword?

Well, sure. If Connor had lost, it wouldn't be the Highlander franchise, it
would be the Kurgan franchise. And the series would have
been...subtly...different. Less angst, more viscera. A run on body jewelry
in Vancouver/Paris supply stores. Belching contests instead of katas. And
AV, EG & co. wouldn't have enjoyed filming the love scenes nearly as much.

Nah--he's happier back w/ Heather in the Highlands.

      >Here's a great poll. Where do most of the people on this list fall in the
      >spectrum?

I don't fall much anymore. Maybe you should have a doctor look at that.

      >Glad you asked. The Connor-Duncan pairing, if it had to happen, could have
      >been so much more interesting.

No, it would have been slash, & we don't talk about that here.

      >Actually, yes, though its widely accepted by HL fans particularly within

And on which planet do they have their conventions?

Some thoughts have all the fun.

      > Most Duncan fans are rightist.

Oh, too bad--just 3 letters away from being correct!

      >A healthy focus is a good thing.

"Healthy" apparently being the operative word, there.

      >I am open to new ideas, as long as they don't include Connor dying.

Well, see, the people who made HL:EG _did_ have that particular idea. It
wouldn't have been my choice, but it was inevitable, for lots of reasons.

      >I speak for those who agree with me.

_Both_ of you, then? No, that's right, I've heard it's 3 or 4 of you, all
      crammed into one computer.

      >>>As leader of the Save Connor movement and a high ranking official within
      the
ranks of the Save Connor Consortium, I speak for all those persons who enjoy
membership within the organization, and those who feel Connor's death was a
mistake in Endgame. The Consortium consist of Save Connor, Save Connor
      east,
The Connor Appreciation Society, The Connor Macleod Protection Force and a
number of other satellite Connor-realted organizations. We estimate our
numbers to be in the thousands.>>>

While I appreciate all the helpful warnings people posted here about Lance,
      couldn't _someone_ have mentioned that he's ***12***???
