DISCUSS: Trying to find a particular story.

I hope I am doing this right and I apologise in advance if not.
I am trying to find the name or author of a particular fan-fic sent sometime ago. The main character was Joe Dawson's adopted daughter who starts off as a watcher and rapidly discovers she is actually immortal.
I can remember bits of the story but apparently not enough to give a result from google...
Does anyone know the name of it? Or where I would be able to find it.
