Forging the Blade is the story of Duncan MacLeod's
experiences immediately after he became immortal, through
his training period with Connor MacLeod.  It will be
completed in two arcs.

This is a work in process.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:  I have many to thank in writing this
piece.  I'd like to thank Devo for the excellent suggestion
on the arc title.  I must thank Killa for being a terrific
advisor and staunch supporter in too many ways to count.  In
addition, there were a number of people on the FCA list that
provided excellent feedback on an earlier draft, but I would
especially like to thank Poledra and Jette Goldie for their
expert assistance in all things Scottish, as well as general
good advice.  Any errors of any kind, however, are entirely
my own.

DISCLAIMER:  The characters and concepts belong to others.
I am merely borrowing them for awhile and hope to return
them without too much loss to their dignity.
