      --------
      Title: A Quiet Night
      Author: Rach
      Rating: PG
Characters: Methos, Amy Zoll - a few others mentioned in passing
Comments: Exists within my standard HL universe, fitting in a few weeks
      after the end of Retribution.
      Summary: A night in...
Archiving: 7th Dimension, COTH – feel free; anyone else, please ask. It will
be archived on Athers' Fiction Library at
www.angelfire.com/nj3/thefictionlibrary/, along with all my other stories.

Disclaimers: Methos and Amy Zoll don't belong to me, they belong to DDP and
the rest of TPTB. I don't get anything from writing this, other than
enjoyment and funny looks when I sit in the corner of my local busily
      scribbling...

Comments2: This story was written while I was writing Retribution, in one of
the many periods of writer's block. It was originally supposed to be just a
quick look at the relationship through Amy's eyes. I wrote that, and then
the Methosmuse read it and said: 'What about me?'... So, part one is Amy's
perspective and part two is Methos'.

Thanks: To my wonderful friends and sisters the other Betas of the
Apocalypse - any remaining errors are entirely because I didn't listen to
them. To everyone waiting for a sequel to 'Retribution' - I promise there is
a 'proper' sequel in the works, in fact there are several stories that fit
into this timeline that will be appearing in the near, and maybe not so
      near, future.

A lack of feedback causes the muses to go silent - please keep them talking
      to me! Rachel.Trench@tesco.net
