I want to get this on DVD, not really because its a great movie, but
just for my collection. Does anyone know the difference between the two
DVD releases?

I wouldn't swear to it, but as I understand it the only difference is
the title. Does that fit with everyone else?

I believe the difference in the title relates to the release market (...Sorcerer in the US, ...Dimension in Canadian and European markets). I have watched both versions and I'm pretty sure the Final Dimension contains scenes that were deleted in the Sorcerer. Check the running time of both movies, if the information is available.
