Um--I did. Not long ago. The mag buyer has never heard of you & has her
showcase quota for that type of publication filled already w/ SFX,
Dreamwatch, etc., plus all the US genre mags.

Not following you there. Like I said--I don't care that much about this
vaguely threatened HL-related mini-series. If I change my mind, I know
      where to find you.

Should anything HL-related ever show up on TV, I'll tune in to check it out
(because in its probable crappy time slot the only competition will be a
hair removal infomercial & some bland incarnation of Stargate). I just
won't expect anything better than HL:TS season 6, or Raven, or Endgame (any
version).... I just won't expect _Highlander_.

I love your Highland tour and the Cats are adorable! Say, what do you suppose
the chances of James Qwilleran and Co. (Koko & Yum Yum from Lillian Jackson
Braun's The Cat Who... Series) being Immortal? Those guys have been around
      for*ever* and Mr. Q has managed to remain 50ish since....the 70's.

Have there been any new HL books published lately (last 5 yrs)?

      :)

One of our local Borders usually carries it. I've bought it there before. And
they don't even carry that many SF magazines, as a rule.

The last one was Ginjer Buchanan's White Silence. Donna Lettow had one in the
works, but, sadly, never got it finished and the contract for the books is
now defunct. No plans to do any new ones at this point.

pass ;-) Last one I remember was White Silence by Ginjer Buchanan,
and then the "Evening At Joe's" short story collection - EAJ would be
      about 4 years ago now?

I heard a rumour that she died a while back - well, at least that
*someone* named Claire, who was a well known HL fan, died and
that Richie's new Watcher on the Watcher Chronicles was named
in her honour. (the ones on the new DVDs). The only well known
Claire in HL fandom who had been that seriously ill I can think of is
      Clair Maier. :-(

      Subject: Season 3 DVD question

On the Season 3 DVD set is says that Charles Wilkenson did the
audio/video commentary for `Shadows'. Who is he? The name doesn't
sound familiar. (plugging it in to the IMDB and altavista didn't
turn up anything useful.) Yea, I know I could just watch the episode
to find out, but until I get around to that I figured I'd ask the
list. Also for those of you who have listened to his commentary,
does he have anything new or noteworthy to say? I've listened to
a few of the others so far and some of the ones done by the
non-actors seem to mostly be comments that anyone watching the
episode could have made so weren't all that interesting. So I'm
curious if his is worth making a point of listening to early
or just waiting till I get around to watching everything on
      the set.
