FWIW, if anyone's interested, I've updated my previous 2000 edition of my
Vancouver locations list with sites from my 2001 trip. It includes over 100
locations from 58 out of the 65 Vancouver episodes. I even attached an
index-by-episode list for the armchair locations enthusiast.

There are a couple of mistakes in terms of locations in the set visit
version from 1995. Specifically, the Asian arch from Band of Brothers exists
where I thought it should be (but was unable to find), and I blindly
overlooked the driveway that provides easy access to the stadium walkway. In
general, I think the on-line report is hard to use as a locations list.

If anyone wants a Word document of the new list, feel free to contact me
      offlist.
