I couldn't watch all of it because my mom was watching
something but I tuned in at about 940 and saw a good
part of it. I'm glad I managed to get a copy of the
1996 re-release...it's got all the stuff the TV
channels insist on cutting out and it's got that
commentary at the end and the original theatrical
trailer.

It's a good enough movie, but I'll still take Duncan
over Connor any day *dodges attacks from Connor flag
wavers*

Did CL just not want to do a series? Not that I'm
complaining....just curious. I'll bet replacing him
for the series had partly to do with his vision
problems....I'm amazed he does so well without his
glasses. Unless he's wearing contacts. But I
digressed....

HL 3 is also airing but I don't know when and I'm not
watching...think The Raven airs really early Sunday.

Mel, who thinks the Kurgan's quickening should've been
Dark...and who thinks that he wouldn't have had
anything on Methos and the Horsemen. I keep getting a
mental image of him riding his horse in that costume
and them riding by him and almost over him like 'Get
out of our way, amateur!' LOLOL

Over on the Firefly forum someone started the "Worst Movie Ever?" thread.

Didn't take long. The ninth response was HL 2.

We never miss "The Amazing Race," either; the only reality show worth
watching for genuine thrills. Annie also saw the racetrack and said "Didn't Richie
die there...?" or some such.

The first season (which I missed, augh) went to Paris. The recaps at
www.televisionwithoutpity.com are worth their weight in gold - from
them I was able to glean that at least one team went close to the area
where Duncan's barge was moored. If you want to read them all, you
have to reset the default display to show all topics/all dates.

There's a small "orphan show" board for Highlander over there too,
mostly populated by newer fans watching reruns for the first time. Ah,
good times.
I agree...I still like to go back and watch some of
the Duncan/Tessa cuddle-scenes.

What's the exact URL for that? I gotta agree. I only
saw two eps before TNN started airing them and it's
been such a fun ride so far. I'm thoroughly enjoying
it.

Mel, who's listening to Princes of the Universe while
she types this... and who didn't know that's what was
playing behing Duncan and Richie during their training
scene in Eye for an Eye

The Highlander board at TWoP is at http://makeashorterlink.com/?J32F25105
The whole site is a lot of fun, and is moderated very well (if a little
strictly, but We Who Worship Her Whip would have no problem with it).
