In Cinescape mag a month or so ago, Panzer was touting it (along w/ HL5 & a
couple of possible TV shows), seemingly w/ a straight face. Re: the
musical, funding seems to be the sticking point, rather than common sense.
So, if it ever gets done, I guess patrons of the HL: Store will be partly to
      blame.

I wonder if DPP has considered a Highlander-based reality show. Regular
folks are shadowed in their daily routines; when they encounter problems
like cranky in-laws, traffic snarls & difficult co-workers, show personnel
promptly present them w/ swords--they get to choose claymore or katana--& we
get to see the resulting mayhem. The contestant getting the longest jail
      term wins the big bucks....

My way of handling their calls is more fun.

"Oh--what great timing! I just decided to treat myself to ALL the season
tape sets [or mention some other pricey item]. Hold on a second while I get
my credit cards [be mean & emphasize the plural] ...."

And, when their drool slows to a trickle & they finally hang up, your phone
will start beeping & you can do the same.

Perfect. Cuts back on their time/commission chances too.
