If he was running against KHC then it's not only a mistake, a *huge* (erm,
'scuese me, teeny tiny mistake <eg>) mistake, it's a freakin' tragedy. :-P

This show look so American it is stunning.

But...weren't the only actors eligible for this competition Canadian actors? If
that's the case, then what the hell difference does it make if the show looks
American, Venezuelan, or is populated in large part by little purple men from
Mars as long as the only actors eligible for the award were Canadian?

Seems to have been a popular vote of sort. Can't be sure, only looked at it
between commercial of "Mon meilleur ennemi" which was much better. Was
curious to see if Michael Ironside (general Katana) would win for "Le
dernier chapitre / The last chapter " and he did not. Although heard Colm
Feore speaks French during his acceptance speech - that is only fair for
having portray monsieur Trudeau. Colm won over Michael.

Martin Cummins was also both a nominee and a presenter as was Nicolas
Campbell. Lots of alumni were in Toronto tonight.

I'm holding on to the vague hope that KHC wasn't eligible because he's
from LA. He couldn't have lost. Not to Harper.

Of course, I don't understand how Peter could have lost either. They
must not have seen his butt on Bliss... :P

Where have you been hiding?. I have no idea who these actors are. But Gordon
Michael Woolvett won.. I have no idea about the role Of Harper.. Parts of my

I watch "Andromeda." MGW/Harper is cute in a "kid with attitude because
he's a genius" kind of way. He must have one fantastically loyal fan base
out there that did nothing but vote, that's all I can say. But for me,
personally, give me Keith Hamilton Cobb or Kevin Sorbo either one over GMW.

Peter now has Canadian citizenship, so that makes him eligible.

I have to agree with V--Michael Shanks was my favorite on that list. GMW
does a great job on Andromeda, but he's not my idea of hot. A fun actor,
but only look warm in the looks department. <g>
