A few Seacouver Repertory Company appearances in The Dead Zone,
as well as guest appearances by certain HL locales:

      - The actor who played the (K)immie who killed his artist lover
(1st season) played the judge a couple of weeks ago on Dead Zone.
      - I believe that the actress who plays Johnny Smith's mother is
famous for these two lines: "Take the sword! Take it!" and
"Holy Mary, Mother of God, the child you seek is not here".
      - I have a suspicion that the attorney in the ep a couple of
weeks ago was the twerp in - um - "Blackmail"? Was that the ep?
The one where the guy caught a fight/beheading/Q on tape?
      - In the ep. tonight, The Alley - the one that Duncan and Joe
Dawson walked down in The Watchers - was prominently figured.
      - I think I saw a Holy Hot Tub in one of the previews. At least,
I'm afraid I did. (Actually, he was on the pebble beach where
this famous line was uttered: "...Nekkid blade to nekkid
blade!")(Name the ep! Win a prize!)(well, not a prize exactly)
      - The "Long term care facility" where Johnny Smith was warehoused
is the very same asylum where Michael Moore killed his fiancee
(MacGyver also hung out in there too, in one ep).
      - A couple of weeks ago, the marina (No, not *that* Marina!)
where they found the little girl was, I believe, the very same
      place where Duncan fought Alex.

      Any others that I missed?

      Please answer off list.

I have recently become interested in Witchblade and have been looking for a
forum or discussion group that can at least come modestly close to what I
have enjoyed here on this list.

After avidly following the discussions and debates that accompanied every
episode of Highlander, I have become spoiled.

So please, if some kind soul does not mind pointing me in the right
      direction, I would most grateful.

      Hello,
If anybody was wondering where Christopher Lambert was this past weekend,
well, he paid a short visit to Slovakia. One of our TV channel companies
invited him to be the honourable guest on their annual Best reporter,
comedian, show, etc. award ceremony. He handed over the best female TV news
annoucer prize. Here is a link to the site (the whole site's in Slovak)
reviewing the TOM 2002 awards with a photo of him.

      http://tv.markiza.sk/clanok.php?idc=1692&idn=108144

IMHO he looked much better (it could be the work of the light blue shaded
glasses, though) last weekend than in the HL4 movie (which BTW was a
straight to video release here in Spring of 2002, so never made it to the
big screen). The site changes the reviews everyday, so the link may not work
      soon.

Eric Keenlyside (Manhunt and The Lamb) was in the same episode as Jim
      Byrnes, on the jury.

      Great eye, ZK!

GREAT photo! He looks delightfully bemused, as would most men standing
      beside a dress like that....

Yep--Tom Butler played the killer cop Andrew Ballin in Eyewitness.

Anna Hagen/Mary MacLeod in several eps. I also liked her "Duncan ... my
beautiful son's come back." & her "Let no man tell you different--you are
Duncan MacLeod of the clan MacLeod."

Yes, but if so, I missed him on Dead Zone.

The hick town featured in that ep looked familiar--possibly used in Innocent
Man; the burly-guy extras looked much the same as well--like the slightest
bend forward would expose WAY too much between jeans & shirt..... All the
country road scenery in that ep made me think the T-Bird w/ Duncan & Tessa
teasing & laughing would be coming around the corner.

      > Any others that I missed?

Well, Jim Byrnes played a juror in a Dead Zone ep a few weeks back, w/ Eric
Keenleyside (HL's The Lamb & Manhunt) also a juror.

For some reason, F. Braun McAsh was in a blink-&-you-miss-it shot during the
      ice hockey ep.

Callum Keith Rennie (HL's Eye for an Eye & Courage) played a baddie recently
on Dead Zone--he beat up the girl.

Sheila Moore (elderly Linda Plager in Studies in Light) played the long-lost
love of a WWII vet in a Dead Zone ep several weeks ago.

As for locations, Johnny's house exterior was used from several different
angles in the 1st 3 seasons of HL.

Unfortunately, the most interesting thing about Dead Zone IS spotting the HL
      connections.

I agree it looks a lot like him, but do we definitively know it's F.
Braun? I never heard anyone say they knew for sure, or how; and the
shot was so distorted that I couldn't make up my mind. I looked in
the credits even though I knew it was unlikely he'd be listed, but
the station did that awful split-screen credit-shrinking thing so I
couldn't tell one way or the other.

Erased most of this thread accidentally, but...

...presuming you all caught F Braun McAsh in Dead Zone?
