you should have seen the original.. As usual USA cuts scenes that Canada Does
      not.

      <me>
And I have a Real Player file (chopped in to two halves) of what one might call
... the interesting bits of the episode. The first of the two parts of the file
also has quite a clear image of the dragon, ferret, alien? (you make the call),
      busily earning his keep. <weg>

Okay, this is the deal. I have *no* wish to cost the Bliss ProdCo (if that is in
fact their name: I didn't watch the credits on my tape), etc, any additional
monies or deprive them of potential viewers. In point of fact, I'm trying to
encourage fellow listees to seek out their cable providers and demand the uncut
version and/or the show itself. So, see? No bad on my part. *cough* Unless of
course there are potential viewers who are adverse to seeing just exactly *how*
Peter's character got into that situation. And got very nekkid. And got that
      boa. <g>

Nevertheless, the clips go away at midnight tonight. I intend to stay as low as
possible (which isn't very damned low in this forum) under the radar here. As
      well as share. <g>

Right now, they're here: http://kamil.slashcity.com/bliss/ Right click and
choose 'save as'; they won't run if you try and play them as streaming vid.

Just for references' sake: If y'all liked those screen caps of AP in the Colby
tights of display and enhancement (although not my enhancement, simply a very
clear look at his :) that I put up about a year and a half ago, then you're
      gonna *love* these.

Although possibly not the feather boa. <eg>

It is approximately six am CST on Tuesday, August 27th. They'll be there until
midnight of the 27th. Get 'em while the gettin's good.

      So to speak.

No idea. That's what I was asking. The cable guide just said
"Bliss", but nothing else (they weren't kidding!) Was there
actually a plot? PW seemed to be playing a real jerk. (I just
can't watch certain scenes without giggling; kind of ruins the
      impact, y'know?)

It's definitely NOT the Watchers' symbol....

      There's always a but/butt, isn't there?

      >From what I read of the low-key buzz this show created a while back, the
whole point was that story/plot/characterization were all unnecessary, in
this soft-porn show geared to women. They seemed intent on showing that
women can be just as [pick-your-pejorative-adjective] about sex as men can
be. Seems to me rather like sinking to the lowest level, but....

Sure, I'll tune in to see the assets of PW--after all, it's an ass I KNOW,
sort of. But I can't see watching such a show regularly. What's the point?

Nina (I pick "mindless.") (Isn't "soft-porn" an odd phrase?) (PW's nose
      seems bigger these days.)
