Actually she didn't. Her subscription is currently set to NOMAIL and
I assume that what she wants to do is set it back to MAIL or DIGEST.

You can do it by sending the following command in the body of an email
message sent to LISTSERV@LISTS.psu.edu:
SET HIGHLA-L MAIL
(This will reset your subscription to where you will received the list
postings as individual email messages)
Or
SET HIGHLA-L DIGEST
(This will reset your subscription to where you will received all
messages that are posted to the list gathered into a digest and sent
to your mailbox usually once a day).
