Michael Shanks, Stargate's Dr. Daniel Jackson, appears as a guest star on the
show tonight on the SciFi Channel. This is his first appearance in Season 6
(and the only confirmed appearance, to date). The show airs on SciFi Channel
at 9 pm ET (and repeats after Farscape at 11 pm ET).

The episode was also written by Brad Wright, who wrote at least one episode
      of Highlander ("Counterfeit", I think).

Actually, for Counterfeit 1, David Tynan is credited for the story & Brad
Wright for the teleplay. But, for Counterfeit 2, Tynan gets sole writing
      credit.

Did anyone watch Monk (about the obsessive/compulsive detective)?
I didn't, but was flipping channels and I could swear I saw a very
trim and grown-up looking Stan Kirsch.

I thought I saw Stan somewhere, I'll have to watch that. Monk is a pretty fun
      show, BTW.

Okay. I heard that Jim Byrnes was in Dead Zone, but did anyone else catch F
Braun McAsh in the fast-moving montage at the end of the ice hockey ep.
Johnny is assailed by a crowd and gets a lot of quick visions.I think that's
F Braun as the drunk at the table.

      Can anyone confrm?

      John

I watched Monk. Liked it. It's on again tonight. Didn't see Stan in the first
ep, will check out the second, but I tend to think that if he had been in it,
we'd have heard from his fan club about something that big.

I saw my one and only piece of HL merchandise last August. A student at the
Maui Writer's Retreat wore a beautiful black leather HL jacket in class (the
rooms were over air-conditioned.) Too cool.
