Tippitt" at Sep 25, 94 04:08:52 pm 1) Duncan and Tessa are not IN France, as should be obvious from the fact that a)Tessa's alive and Duncan knows about the Watchers b)Duncan & Natalie hold their conversation in ENGLISH THEY ARE IN A FRENCH RESTAURANT WHERE THE HELP OFTEN SPEAK FRENCH ESP TO PEOPLE LIKE DUNCAN AND TESSA 2)NO, Duncan would not think of snappin her neck - the point I was trying to make was that he was looking at a skinny, ungainly pre-teen body sluggish from malnutrition (since she'd been thrown out into the street, ie my reference to what USUALLY happens to immortals after their 1st death) and would NEVER be able to defend herself against someone of his training. 3)No her face isn't messed up -it's the fact that an immortal could be trapped in such a weak body that makes Duncan queasy. Besides, immortals don't scar or Duncan wold be COVERED with scars, esp one right in the middle of his chest where he was shot. If anything else doesn't make sense please ask me about it and I'll revise the story to make the point more clear.
