Whether or not it s this serious, is unknown until the tests come back. It s nothing as serious as you may think, but there is always a chance... Anyway, this poem could also me taken from the point of view of Methos and Alexia. Forgive the dopiness of it, but I was dopey on drugs. She thought she was Immortal. All the young ones do... Wishing for a little bit more time. There s so much left for her to see... to do... But time is what she lacks. He is Immortal. All the old ones are... He has all the time in the world. There s so much he s seen... he s done.... But time is what she lacks. There is so much for them to see... to do... to feel. But it s a struggle, a struggle for Immortality. She loves him, and he has it. He loves her, and she doesn t. They lay side by side, his arms wrapped around her. Keeping her safe, trying to give him what she wants most... what he cannot give her. She sleeps safe in his arms until her time runs out. For time is what she lacks.
